After graduating from college, Nicole worked at several Universities prior to finding a home with Randstad in 2013. She began working as a Staffing Consultant for Randstad in June of 2013 and then came onsite with PRA in February of 2015. Nicole loves to find the best job or career fit for both the employee and employer and also enjoys PRA's culture and attitude. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and weekend outings or day adventures exploring new places with her giant puppies, Max & Mya.

As an account manager for Randstad Corporate Services, Michelle sits onsite with PRA Group at the corporate office in Norfolk, VA and partners with management in order to effectively manage the workforce. She works closely with hiring managers to ensure that business needs are met and that top talent exceed the expectations for management onsite. Michelle approaches one year in her role with Randstad and brings over seven years of staffing industry experience to PRA Group. The staffing industry, although newer for Nikki, has been an exciting and enjoyable experience. She spent about six years in the commercial insurance industry and recently found her professional home with Randstad Corporate Services. As the Program Coordinator, Nikki loves the face time that she gets with Randstad talent. She is always meeting new people and works to help them meet their professional goals. Nikki has always known that she wanted to make an impact in others' lives, and she happily does that in her current role. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and taking mini family vacations with her husband and daughter.

Mike leverages his extensive background in integrated talent management solutions to implement and drive new and existing client programs with a focus on efficiency, compliance and innovation. In this role, Mike works closely with key client decision makers to understand their business requirements and challenges, and to guide his teams in implementing customized strategies for recruitment, retention and people development to meet these needs.
In his time with Randstad, Mike has managed US and global programs within the Technology and Consumer Related Products or Services industries. Within these clients, he and his teams have fulfilled positions from entry to senior director-level across skill sets including IT, Engineering, Project Management, Creative, Call Center, Business Operations and Finance.
Mike joined Randstad as Area Vice President in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Stockton University. Prior to joining Randstad, Mike developed and led large-scale, distributed Human Resource Consulting and MSP teams throughout the US and Canada for primarily Fortune 500 companies.
