PRA and Randstad have decided to transition from the current technology solution, IQ Navigator, to the industry’s leading VMS tool, Fieldglass. Randstad has a strategic partnership with Fieldglass. It will be used to manage the entire PRA contingent labor staffing process, from procurement to payment.

Randstad’s account management team will work directly with PRA regarding the transition for the contingent workforce. Randstad will answer questions, train the current workforce and managers, as well as assure them there will be no change to the work they are doing here, their rate of pay or the duration of their assignment.
