Randstad Sourceright provides a single unified MSP program for managing staffing needs, bringing process uniformity, efficiency and cost savings to the procurement of contract workers for PRA.

PRA has a dedicated, onsite Randstad Sourceright account management representative who functions as your single point of contact for all temporary worker recruitment and HR functions. The account manager is fully immersed as part of the PRA operating organization and understands your business and requirements for temporary personnel.

All invoicing will be consolidated, reducing administrative overhead through the VMS technology tool Fieldglass.

Randstad Sourceright mitigates legal compliance and risk concerns via standardized processes in accordance with PRA requirements.

All temporary worker requisitioning, time-entry, spend, and fulfillment information will be managed and tracked through a web-based program called Fieldglass, allowing full transparency into the program.

All Randstad Sourceright supplied temporary workers will continue to have access to health benefits, retirement plans, product discounts, and other benefits.

PRA and Randstad have partnered together to transition from the current VMS technology solution, IQ Navigator to Fieldglass. As a note, all employees will be able to continue in their current positions. Also, training will be provided on using the new web-based VMS tool, Fieldglass, in order to help you effectively utilize it and its benefits. Fieldglass is accessed automatically via single sign on by clicking a link on the PRA intranet site.

By clicking this link, you will automatically be logged in, and can request labor. This change will come into effect on 9/11/2017 and all questions should still be directed to the current Randstad PMO team.

Human Resources and Randstad Sourceright are working together towards a transition go live date of 9/11/2017. Prior to that time, further communications with both hiring managers and contractors will take place.
