Anthea Collier

Urvi Jobalia is the talent acquisition head for SEA and Oceania with Ericsson Telecommunication. She comes with over 16 years of experience in HR and has played various roles in human resources in industries such as consulting, banking and information technology. She has a master’s degree in Human Resources and has successfully completed an executive program from Boston University.

Under her leadership, Ericsson has won several notable awards, including Asia’s Best Employer Brand and the PeopleFirst HR Excellence Award for Best Recruiting Practices. Urvi leads several transformation projects at Ericsson to provide a best in class experience to employees, candidates and hiring managers.

As managing director of Randstad Sourceright in Asia Pacific, Anthea Collier is an expert on the effective use of recruitment technology for improved candidate engagement and recruitment experience. She is also passionate about recruitment technology innovation and is focused on aligning talent strategy with client organizational productivity improvements.

Collier has 25 years of recruitment industry experience in Australia and the U.S., with 18 years of RPO and MSP experience in Asia Pacific, the U.S. and U.K.
