He drives strategy for recruitment of permanent, contingent and on-demand workers to ensure Philips has a joined up approach across all sources of getting work done. He creates the link from strategic workforce planning to demand management and he owns the Contingent Labour Programme for Philips globally.
Martin is a talent acquisition (TA) professional with a career spanning in-house and executive search, leading TA for organizations including BT, AIG and the BBC. He gained broader HR experience through roles in talent management and as an HRBP with extensive international experience leading regional and global teams. Martin has lived in the U.K., Germany, the U.S. and India.
