Kelly has deep experience building and leading global teams focused on developing data-driven, creative solutions to enable business transformation.
Kelly joined Cisco over ten years ago in the talent acquisition organization and has worked across the HR ecosystem in multiple roles. In her time at Cisco, she has led professional hiring for sales, engineering, corporate functions and university recruiting, as well as deeply embedding diversity into all of Cisco’s recruiting processes. Kelly started her recruiting career in the technology consulting industry, providing professional and executive placements. She has had a progressive career in recruitment management, and prior to joining Cisco, she was vice president of sales and operations for Comsys and principal owner of her own consulting firm.
